Muni Vihar

(one day project)

Visiting Muni Vihar buddhist monastery was like stepping into a timeless painting, where serenity draped every corner and kindness was etched into the faces of those who walked its paths. As a photographer, I was drawn not only to the golden hues of prayer flags swaying in the wind or the soft glow of candles illuminating sacred halls but also to the quiet stories unfolding in every gesture of compassion. The monks, with their weathered smiles and unhurried steps, seemed to embody the teachings I had only begun to grasp. Through my lens, I tried to capture not mere images but moments that spoke of humanity's deepest truths. Their acts of kindness, as simple as sharing tea, wisdom or offering prayers, transformed my perception, each frame became a mirror reflecting the beauty of a world lived with intention, peace and love.
